Peter Petrelli

This is Peter. Peter has a lot of powers. Technically he's a mimic. That means if your character has a genetic power (Think X-men) and not a magical one (think Buffy) he can mimic that power and use it as his own. His list of current powers include:

Flight, telekinesis, regeneration, healing, teleporting, time travel/manipulation, precognition (via painting/drawing), invisibility, induced radioactivity, enhanced strength, phasing, electricity manipulation, super speed, ability absorption, persuasion, freezing, shattering, mental manipulation, enhanced hearing, clairvoyance, technopathy, alchemy, sound manipulation (sonic scream), fire manipulation, telepathy and shape shifting.

If you need an explanation of how these powers work, let me know. Now for the permissions. I'm particularly worried about the telepathy as it's the most invasive. If you do decide Peter can use telepathy on your character, I'd appreciate it if you'd give me various thoughts to work with in tags. There's also the potential for him to be an invisible creeper depending on his relationship/interest in a character. Most of the time Peter will not use these powers on others with the exception of a confrontation which I will plan with you (or you can plan with me). He will be using the teleporting and flight to zip all over the world and poke into everyone's posts. He can also be used as a cargo jet to transport people around for various purposes. He can teleport people with him or he can take them with him when he flies.
